Python Job: Data Analyst

Remote Role in Ireland (Must be based in Ireland)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead the development of a large portfolio of metrics and dashboards to drive key product decisions and massive growth in our Analytics products.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Identify, analyse and interpret performance trends and key insights of massive scale SaaS based products.

• Work with software engineering and product management to prepare analysis of key trends and insights to develop software product roadmaps.

• Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives with custom analysis and enable massive scale product growth.

• Proactively conduct strategic analysis based on own questions and findings, engage with stakeholders on how they might act on those insights

• Mentor and coach Workmates.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence roles.

• Experience with SQL, Python or any other data-related language and relevant basics needed for code collaboration -- git flows, reasonable code editor.

• Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems logically and systematically.

• Proven understanding of statistical methods.

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’.

• Ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings.

Other Qualifications:

• Exposure to software design, architecture and performance testing a nice to have.

• Hands-on experience with visualization and BI tools a plus.

• Data warehouses experience a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
